No problem! On all items you buy online from Musik-Ebert, we grant you as a consumer (in accordance with § 13 BGB) a 14-day right of withdrawal – no ifs, no buts.
The only exceptions are goods made to customer specifications (e.g. custom cases), consumable items or products that cannot be taken back for reasons of hygiene (e.g. reeds for woodwind instruments that you have already used) or licensing (e.g. software that you have registered).

If you are not one hundred per cent satisfied with an item purchased from Musik-Ebert, please contact us and we will arrange the return for you. The cost of the return is to be borne by the buyer.

Please make sure that the goods are returned to us in their original packaging, with all the accessories supplied and without any signs of use!
Simply send us your order number together with a note that you would like to make a return, and we will send you a return label by email.
It is even easier via your customer account: log in to your customer account, open the relevant order and select “Request return” there. Then select the items you would like to return and state the reason for the return. We will check your request and send you the return label by email.
