Chacapa – also known by the names Shakapa, Chakapa, Chacarpa or Huaira Sacha – refers to a ritual leaf rattle that is used in healing rituals in the Amazon region alongside shaman drums, rattles, mouth bows, feather feathers, tobacco and songs.
Our eucalyptus chacapa is a regional natural product and can therefore vary slightly from the illustration. Also, it's only available seasonally.
The handle is wrapped with recycled cotton fabric.
