The sonic heart of this guitar is its solid red cedar top: cedar responds immediately and sensitively to touch, delivering a warmer, more intimate tone with rich midrange compared to spruce. Back and sides in Khaya, a mahogany-related tonewood, round out the tonal picture. The slim Auditorium body, with a depth of just 90 to 110 mm, sits comfortably against the body and makes the guitar remarkably feedback-resistant on stage.

The fingerboard and bridge are made from BrankoWood – LAG's sustainable alternative to tropical rosewood – ensuring even playability across all 20 frets. For live use, the Astro-Lâg preamp system provides volume and 3-band tone controls, brilliance, notch and phase adjustment, plus a built-in tuner – all within easy reach on the guitar's side.
