The GrandTouch-S keyboard with 88 wooden keys and synthetic ebony and ivory key tops brings the feel of an acoustic grand piano into your living room. Escapement simulation makes the slight resistance at the point of attack noticeable – just like on a real grand piano.

The CLP-845 samples two reference grand pianos: the bright Yamaha CFX and the warm Bösendorfer Imperial, both recorded binaurally. Improved Virtual Resonance Modeling and Grand Expression Modeling deliver natural resonance and tonal behaviour at every playing dynamic, while 256-note polyphony keeps even demanding pieces free of dropouts.

Connected and built for practice

Via Bluetooth Audio/MIDI, the CLP-845 connects wirelessly to the Smart Pianist app, and the USB to Host/Device ports let you connect external devices. The powerful speaker system ((16 cm + 8 cm with diffuser) x 2, 45 W + 45 W x 2 amplifiers) fills even larger rooms with sound.
